Software and systems that stay simple.

Reitigh designs architecture and delivers working software for teams who need systems that hold up in production — not complexity that only looks impressive in a deck.

Capabilities

What we are hired to do

Three practices. One standard: ship the next useful increment without burying the team in architecture theater.

01

System architecture

Clear technical design for software and systems that have to live with legacy constraints, real users, and a budget. We specify what to build — and what not to.

02

Software delivery

Turnkey design and implementation when you need a working product or platform increment, not a slide outlining one.

03

Integration

Connect new work to what already exists. Data, services, and process — wired so the whole system is simpler to operate, not harder.

How we work

Incremental on purpose

We believe you cannot hit a grand slam with no one on base. Each release should put a runner on — then the next one advances it.

01

Discover

Map the real system: users, constraints, legacy, and the smallest outcome that would matter this quarter.

02

Design

Architecture that a team can implement. Interfaces, data, and operating model written in plain language.

03

Deliver

Working software in short cycles. Visible progress. Decisions recorded so the next increment is cheaper, not costlier.

04

Leave it operable

Documentation, ownership, and a system your people can run. We do not optimize for dependency.

Position

A small firm for work that should not feel large.

Reitigh, Inc. is a San Diego software and systems engineering practice. We were founded in 2013 after years inside small, mid-size, and large companies — close enough to see where complexity creeps in, and what it costs.

Clients come to us when the path is muddy: a system that grew by accretion, a program that needs an architecture someone will actually build, or a delivery team that needs a partner who can design and implement.

We do not sell a platform. We do not staff a bench. We take on focused engagements and finish them.
